We had water enter our basement from the outside and we needed to fix the foundation outside. We called Abalone as we had used them twice before and were happy with their work..Brent Halerewich came and gave us a quote and looked after the project till the end. Brent was professional, courteous, helpful and responsive to any questions we had throughout the project. Dave was helpful and responsive when we had scheduling questions. Marcos and Everardo did an excellent job of topping off the soil and preparing for concrete after an earlier crew left things undone. Fernando fixed the sump pump after the first crew did not compete the job. Finally, John did an excellent job laying the concrete to finish the whole project.
I recommend Abalone and appreciate the work done by the people we mentioned s they showed why Abalone is such a good company.

I recently purchased a home that i knew required foundation work. Brent gave me a quote but more importantly to me, he explained what needed to be done and what did not.
Steve and Kevin did a wonderful job removing and replacing the 84 year old wood.
They even unearthed news papers from 1944 which they kept for me. They didn't seem to mind me asking questions and seeing how they were doing the repairs. They cleaned up and protected the worksite every time they left. I am confident that they did a professional job.

The crew that showed up at my mom’s house (Justin and James) were excellent, Friendly with my mom (a senior) and not very disruptive. There was some communication gaps with when they were coming and next steps etc but the labours were great. They also did a thorough clean up of the yard. My mom was pleased.

Brent showed up to assess our damage and was helpful. When we said their way wouldn’t fit our budget he worked with us to get it to within budget (new family and had just purchased home less than 2 years prior). Once work started Lindsey and crew put their heads down and dug and applied membrane within a few days. Kevin and Steve (engineers/framers) we friendly and in and out in a day and kindly answered all my curious questions about the reinforced framed wall. All in all good experience with Abalon. Would recommend or hire again for foundation repairs

Abalone Construction came out to give us an estimate on a foundation crack repair. They were extremely busy as were all the other foundation companies this year. They came to repair the crack as scheduled and promised. The employee they sent was Scott. He was very professional, punctual, organized, easy to speak with and cleaned the site at the end of each day. He finished right on time, left our yard clean as if no digging had taken place. Gordon, the supervisor came by shortly after to let us know that the Repair was complete and the estimator would be in touch regarding payment and also if we had any questions or concerns to feel free to call the office.
