We recently had a major water leak in our basement and reached out to Nate and his team at Abalon for repairs, which included land grading, the installation of window wells, and French drains. We are beyond pleased with the results.

We hired Abalon to address honeycombing at the base of our 1978 house along a portion of our basement foundation wall. Abalon were able to schedule the work immediately and sent Fernando and Ivan to install an interior weeping tile (~27 ft long), and new sump pump, and then connected under our footing to our exterior weeping tile system. They spent 2 full days to complete the work, which included jackhammering and hauling all concrete debris in 5 ga pails, hauling numerous bags of concrete mix, installing dimple mat to the interior face of foundation wall, and installing the new sump pump. We were extremely impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. We would highly recommend Abalon for your next foundation repair project. Well done Fernando and Ivan!

We had flooding in our basement after 2-3” of rain in early June 2024. We called Abalon who sent Brian out within 2 days to inspect. Unlike the other 2 companies who immediately suggested taking down our fence and using heavy machinery that would destroy much of the landscaping on that side of the house- Brian came into the house and looked at where the water damage occurred and asked to look at our back flow valve. He determined it was stuck and contributed to our water damage.
Instead of ruining the landscaping on that side of the house- Abalon had an employee Cesar to hand shovel 10 feet down (8 feet wide) to repair a few cracks and install a sump pump. Cesar did this in 36C temperatures on his own and in very little time despite this. His work was completed in a little over 2 days with almost no damage to plants or landscaping in that area. The area was cleaned up to the point that it was difficult to tell work had been done here.
We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism we experienced from Abalon from both Brian and Cesar.
Both men were effective at communicating with us the time frames things would happen and followed through on their word.
We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had some water infiltration in our basement and after having another company tell us our weeping tile failed on our 7 year old house and trying to sell us an $20,000 interior basement gutter system we contacted Avalon for a second opinion. The person we talked to was very knowledgeable and told us it was very unlikely our weeping tile would fail and was probably an insulation issue in the basement causing condensation and put us in contact with an insulation company. We still had some concerns about our basement after our experience with the other company so Evan came out on Friday and eased our concerns and assured our foundation was fine. We really appreciated the Abalon team trying to save us money and not recommending unnecessary work that was not needed. Very honest company and if we ever did have a foundation issue in the future they would be the first people we call.

We had our foundation repaired for a crack by Abalone, it was done quickly and professionally. Today the top-up crew ( Marcos and Everardo ) came by to level the groundwork at the repair site. The hard work and diligence they put in to return the site to original was great. They showed us the area as the work was being done to make sure that it was satisfactory and done to our expectations. Well Done !!

We had foundation grading, sidewalk replacement, fence adjustment completed by Abalon. Nate was so responsive and a pleasure to deal with. His workers Yuri and Nazar took their time and everything was done carefully without a mess. They are skilled at this hard work. Water drainage now around our property is mega-improved.
I trust these guys and although probably not the cheapest they did a fantastic job and that is what matters! Recommend them!
