I contacted A Wet Basement Guy on a Saturday Evening after finding one section of an unused basement bedroom soaked as well as a storage closet on the opposite wall.
After ripping out the carpet and all the affected drywall we discovered a huge foundation crack.

The company responded promptly to get some details and set up a time Monday morning to take a look.
Monday morning arrived as scheduled, quickly provided a detailed quote which was by far very reasonable. So reasonable I was in shock as we’ve had nothing but very expensive issues with this home we purchased in 2018.

Today they arrived earlier than originally expected which was great as I had just set my entire day aside from noon on for them. Not only did they arrive early they were efficient and quick. Jovial and good spirited guys.

I’m so used to contractors taking weeks or months or just never showing back up to finish jobs. This was by far the best experience I’ve had despite being a cruddy situation.
I wasn’t left with a mess to clean up like I’m accustom to.

Called him on a Friday night, returned my call promptly after hours. I required immediate assistance for a leak coming through a main light in the basement floor. He advised me the leak was probably from a lose drain seal and provided me further information and assistance. I appreciate him helping me over the phone and solving the problem with the lack of information i could provide.

I contacted Ed to come out to check a leak in my basement. Within a half hour he found a crack in the wall and was able to come back the next week to fix the problem. He also saw that our eaves trough needed to be replaced (which we did on his recommendation). He had to dig very deep (its project #6 - long way down on his web site) and not only did he move the large boulders and dig up the dirt, but when finished, he put everything back the way it was, like it never happened. My wife and I were very happy with the results and I will always call Ed for any work needed. Thank you Ed for having such a great attitude and helping us with our issue. THE STAR TREK GUY!

Had water damage in basement. Called Edward to give me a quote to repair cracked foundation we were told is the problem from the restoration company. He told us nocracked foundation just that flower bed in front of the window was too high above the top of foundation. Just shovel it out and make sure it is below the foundation top and recaulk around the window. Problem should be solved. Didn't even want any payment for his troubles. He even gave us a name of someone to do the drywall repair we needed done. Thanks Edward for your honest advice

Ed was very helpful.
Our basement was basically flooding, we were vacuuming up water every couple hours and through the night to keep it from building up.

He waterproofed the whole basement and added a much needed pit and pump.
