Myself and my parent council at The Owl’s Nest School in Harriston had the pleasure of working with Joe, Ken, and Steve on our yurt platform project at our school, and I must say they were absolutely fantastic. Joe was incredibly helpful and supportive in organizing the project, taking the lead by placing the initial order. Ken, our dedicated driver, ensured our materials arrived safely and on time for both deliveries. Additionally, Steve, our Saturday contact person, went above and beyond to make the quick delivery happen seamlessly. Their combined efforts were truly commendable, and their generosity and assistance were greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful team who made our project a success. Highly recommended!

I went to the service desk at the back of the store to inquire about a chain link fence quote.

Gave the gentleman dimensions, how many of each item we would need as we’d already figured that out, and want to know how much it would be from them since you can’t see a catalogue online. (Another annoyance)

He wrote everything out on a random notepad.

Was told we would have our quote by the end of the week, this was Monday, May 1. I have yet to receive the quote. We were waiting to order locates and get together he’ll until we knew we had the materials.

Found the fencing somewhere else. Good thing since we wanted to put it up this weekend and we were told it would be a few WEEKS before the materials came in anyway. Only after we received the quote and actually placed the order.

Absolutely amazing. Best customer service experience I've had in a while. It's nice to shop on the weekend and have staff that know where to find everything you ask for (in other words, no teenagers that give you the, "Um, try that isle maybe?"). The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely shop here again. Keep up the good work guys!!

Great experience with the owner here. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the tools I needed ordered. As a "small fish" in the trades I don't expect people to go out of their way to make a sale to me but Brock sure did. I will be back!

Excellent service at Hodgins Rona in Wingham. Staff is servicing the front door efficiently during these Covid restrictions. Had fantastic help from a young lady on Friday who was able to locate exactly what I was looking for. Great attitude, very friendly.
