We attended a wedding reception at the hall. The hall was clean and tidy. The washrooms looked to have been updated and we’re nicer than expected for an older building.

We helped set up and I found there were lots of chairs and tables to choose from. There were hooks in the ceiling to hand decorations from ( such as string lights). The caretaker was never too far away in case the bride had a question or request.

Great little park and awesome forest trails along the creek with optional train track walk. Very calm and peaceful awesome spot. 2 retro playgrounds with lots of fun stuff and a nice big field. The creek was dry on our last visit and it was fun to walk along on the big rocks.

My friends had there reception there, rented the whole grounds. Had reception in the hall. Was so beautiful, lots of space to dance and eat and great outdoor games. Very clean plenty of space for a large venue.

Friendly Port daycare is amazing. Our grandson has been with the leader/owner for 3 years and I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff. The children are happy, well rounded and learn so much.
