Right from the first call to Steve, I felt like this company was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. I got a prompt visit and an excellent and intelligent quote. We picked a week in May, and work began right when they said it would. It was a big job and it took 5 days, but they were here every day. Happy, courteous and professional. They cleaned as they went and made sure to not leave a mess. I hope that others don’t need the service, but if you so, I would highly recommend Wet Basement Resolutions.

We had water coming up from our sump pump as well as spider web cracks all over the basement floor, even without any rainfall. Steve and his team were very professional and friendly and took the extra effort to make sure we understood the work being done in our basement. Everything in the basement was back in order after cleaning up which was very appreciated. We had our first big rainfall last night since the work was completed and we have absolutely no water in our basement. Steve has made himself available for any further questions and post-completion visits to make sure we feel comfortable with the work completed.

I had Steve work on repairing the water leaking into our basement in June, 2021. We had about three contractors give us a quote, but Steve stood out by far as the most knowledgeable, experienced, and trust worthy. He also provided a very fair quote for the extent of the work needed and said that he also provides a full 25 year warranty on the work completed. I remember at the time saying to him, that I didn't put a lot of faith in such assurances, for various reasons. We went ahead and had them do the repair. Like all the other reviews here, the work was completed promptly, on time, and looked great.

Unfortunately, this spring (March, 2023), I was shocked to have some water pooling in a couple of areas where the new drainage had been completed! When I called Steve, he was more shocked than even I was and extremely upset and angry that this could ever happen. He said this had never happened before and he really couldn't wait to get it looked at to determine what the issue was. It turned out, that a previous employee who was let go some time ago, had chose to make some shortcuts on our particular job. AND, this is where Steve and Audrey distinguished themselves and truly deserve all the 5 star ratings that Wet Basement Resolutions have received.

Below, is a copy of the message I sent after they followed up, stood 100% behind their warranty, and totally fixed the problem.

"Steve, I know how much you were puzzled and frustrated how this could happen but I just want you to know how happy and totally impressed we are with your responsiveness, integrity and ethics!! And, the quality and professionalism of Audrey’s and the guys work is second to none.
Many small businesses ‘warranty’ means nothing. I’m sure if I had gone with any number of other companies, I would be s+++ out of luck or waiting god knows how long to just be seen. Or they most definitely would have tended to just the area that showed issues. When I contacted you, you and Audrey got back to me immediately (within minutes), and started the work within days!
And, you wanted to redo the entire area even before Audrey dug in and could “see” exactly the issue and that your inclination was right. Both you and Audrey decided you wanted to redo all the work to be absolutely confident that it was done correctly.

What more can I say? Just a big thank you to you for totally standing behind your work.

Steve of Wet Basement Resolutions was one of the most conscientious and detail oriented people I have ever met with a very creative side to him in addition to his construction prowess. Steve and his crew did remarkable work on a leaky basement and fixed the problem once and for all with a weeping tile setup and sump pump drainage that made the basement dry and actually odorless for the first time in decades. I am writing this message on behalf of my father here as he is 95 years old. Steve also showed where the moisture and water was infiltrating the foundation with a gauge that measure moisture accumulation. I was convinced, and rightly so, that Steve and his crew at Wet Basement Resolutions was the way to go.
