I'll say this with pure honesty, if you're looking for shelter you'll find it here but if you're looking for housing or councilling to help you through you're day to day issues, unfortunately you are not going to find that here. What they now lack since the years and days after the Covid lockdown of 2020-21 is their decision to not keep the cleanliness of this facility in proper standards of which practices that the staff use to stand by at one time or another are now gone. The only insurance about your own safety, personal property or the wellbeing of oneself Is shown by the staff members by lending a false ear to listen from and by not earning our trust in the first place in order for us homeless to open up and move on

Staff is awesome! Great relaxing and chill atmosphere.. as I've met some cool peeps here. Made a couple friends after just two days staying here.

It's alright, I know of an acquaintance who is staying there to regroup. He invited me for a super and I was quite impressed with the food. The dorms however are another story. My thought is that If someone is giving you food and shelter where all else has failed then a little resect and good housekeeping will go a long way. I'm sure the staff with all they do must get pretty fed up with cleaning up after grown men. Good on the staff for always smiling ?

Very disgusted now! They no longer give out vouchers for free clothing, house goods, bedding, etc! Stuff that the people in the community have DONATED whole heartingly for free to the Salvation Army and they can't give away to those struggling any more free stuff? Seeing I'm on a roll, you have to make an appointment and wait up to a week for food? Perhaps they in Head Office should reread their Mission Statement and reread the Bible!!! William Booth must be rolling I his grave!

After working full time for over 30 yrs living a comfortably suburban lifestyle.to finding myself homeless scared , confused ,and helpless... I came across the slvation army booth centre... I cant thank them enough for there generousity , and kindness . they helped me get my life headed back in the rite direction. Now i have a home of my own again after living on the sreet for nearly 1 and a half yrs . The staff are amazingly empathetic. They are there for the one that wants to better there lives. great staff, great place. Thank you booth centre. You saved my life.
