I've been here since the previous owners. Since then everything has gone down hill. The new owners do not want to spend any money on the park. I have spoke to people who move in and are lied to about what is here. They tell people that there is lots of things for the kids to do and then they find little for the kids to do, so they move out and find another park. At the moment I believe there to be 13 emty sites and rumors of 5 people leaving at the end of the season. 13 emty sites is approximately 50 to 60 thousand dollars of revenue lost. Now I've heard that in the spring of 2025, after they collect their park fees, they might file for bankruptcy, wow sure hope that is not true. Push comes to shove and now I have to consider moving out and finding another park. It is my opinion, but I can not give them even a single star.

I would highly recommend not coming to this campground. The staff are unbelievable. They promise you the world to get you in and lie about the conditions of the campground. They tell you they’re going to fix the problem and never do. I haven’t heard one nice thing from other people in the park About the new staff I’ve tried numerous times with emails and phone calls to try to get my problem rectified with my spot and nothing has been done. It does not deserve a one star rating -5 would be better. Have pictures to back up my statement.

I stayed with some friends over at Alpine RV Resort, August long weekend this past summer and had a great time! Between the live music, fireworks, BBQ, fishing, camp fire and a fun washer toss tournament on Sunday morning, it was a much needed relaxing break, and tons of fun!! It seems like a great place for a family retreat.

Under the new ownership of Summerhill Resorts, many of the former complaints about the park, which would have disuaded me from staying here in previous years, appear to be greatly resolved. The staff is nice and easy to talk to, while several noticeable improvements to the park have already taken place, including a new dock. Overall, it's a nice, quiet place to stay, with a very pleasant community.

This park is the best we have been to in so many ways! It’s safe, clean and friendly! We are a retired couple and this is our 10th season here! The rec hall is air conditioned and beautiful! The social functions are fun and include everything from potlucks and dances to outdoor family days! The pool is heated and beautiful! My husband loves the fishing and golf nearby. Our grandchildren love it here! The owners and their staff are friendly and fair. In 10 years we have no complaints. Come on by and check it out! It’s a friendly atmosphere. You will love it!

This is our fourth season at Alpine. We love it here. Our grandchildren love to come. They feel safe here. They can ride their bikes safely around the park. The facilities are spotless. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. I would like to welcome Tim and Connie as the new caretakers. They are already doing an amazing job and working hard at getting ready for the upcoming season. They are a super nice couple. Ready to help and are so pleasant to talk to. Cheers to another great season.
