A friend of mine had installed a boiler board in his garage and I was very impressed; when it was time for mine I didn't even shop around. The guys were helpful when I was finalizing my order to ensure they supplied the right set up for my garage. The order was on time and when I picked up the 6 kW boiler board, the staff were friendly and professional. There were some questions during the install and the answer was a phone call away. My son just installed his boiler board at his shop and we are both satisfied customers. Thanks!!

I would recommend heat innovations and their T10 boiler system. All the parts were there and the build quality is great. We thought there was an issue with the electronics, so they quickly provided parts for the suspected issue. However, it was actually an issue with the power supply from the breaker panel; not Heat Innovations problem at all. They called us back after hours (thanks Colton) and helped us get it running. I have already recommended the product to 3 people who are planning on heating their garage in the next little while. Pricing seemed fair too! 👍

Fantastic customer service. James spent over an hour helping me figure out what I needed to fix my hydronics system. He even took the time to open up custom pump set up to give me a visual of what I needed to do. Verna was super helpful and checked over what I purchased to make sure I wasn't missing anything I may need for my project. The guys in the back even loaded the stuff in my truck while I was up front talking. Great company to deal with no matter what your level of expertise.

Mike and the heat innovations team were outstanding!!! Knowledgeable, quick to assist, and give good advice. I installed one of the assembled Thermolec boiler boards (floor heat system) in my basement and couldn't be happier. Manufactured and delivered in the time frame as promised. Couldn’t be happier with this company for supplying an hydronic heating system for my 32x67 shop. When it arrived on a skid right to the installation and commissioning they were just a phone call away. Not one single nut or bolt missing. Highly recommended.
