This is a new restaurant in Camrose called Folks. The young lady who served us did an incredible job. She checked in several times to make sure we were content with our food and we enjoyed the sports themed atmosphere. If you haven't been in you need to go! Great new spot! I have the southwestern salad with chicken. My mom had the half chicken which turned out to be way too much! She had to take the other half for chicken home. My dad had the burger and fries. All was excellent.

Review for Burger King - Camrose, AB

I stopped at this Burger King at mealtime on Nov 22, 2024 while passing through Camrose, AB, and had an unacceptable experience.

When we went inside, the monitors were on, but no menus were showing. Two staff members were there, but neither spoke to us or gave any indication whether they were closing or only offering drive-through service. Unsure, we left and decided to try the drive-through instead.

The drive-through wasn’t any better. At the payment window, the staff member opened the window just enough to hand out the debit machine. There was no greeting, no eye contact, or any acknowledgement of us as customers. It felt rude and dismissive.

The food was also a big letdown. The bag ripped before we even got out of the parking lot because the poutine container was overfilled with gravy, which had leaked onto the bag, napkins, fork, and ketchup packets. When I opened the container, I found it filled almost to the brim with gravy, disgusting.

The Whopper was lacklustre and one of the most underwhelming versions I’ve ever had. The overall quality of the food did not meet the expectations I associate with Burger King.

I understand that staff can have tough days, but this went beyond that. I recommend avoiding this location until the management takes steps to improve the service and food quality here.

I recently visited Burger King and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and efficiently took my order. Despite it being a busy time, they managed to serve everyone with a smile and a sense of urgency.

Went in the morning, one person working. Coffee isn’t coffee if it tastes like water. Waited over 10mins, finally went inside🙃 wrap wasn’t good either.
