An impressive selection of niche beauty products and fragrances, complemented by the convenience of an online store and in-store pickup. The spa at the back. Canadian-owned.
However, the staff's performance can be inconsistent, and their attire and appearance sometimes feel out of sync with the store's upscale ambiance and premium products. To elevate the customer experience, I recommend implementing a chic, spa-inspired uniform to reflect the brand’s sophistication. Additionally, adopting Japanese-style hospitality practices—such as warmly greeting customers, walking them to the door, and personally handing them their purchases—would enhance the service quality. Given the fierce competition and the high price point of the products, offering a more refined, concierge-like experience is essential. Training staff to be friendlier, more knowledgeable, and professionally presented (e.g., ensuring well-groomed hair, nails, skin etc) would better align them with the brand’s image.

Had a lovely experience here yesterday with the store director (although I’ve browsed here more times than I care to admit). Everyone who entered the store was warmly greeted by her and was given the attention they needed to meet their shopping needs. I walked away with three samples and was also told how many were in stock if I decided to purchase. From walking in to having my purchase handed to me I had a 10/10 experience.

What a gem!! I am so thrilled I found this store!! Originally I came in for a sunscreen that I noticed via a google search they carried. After that I was a customer for life! Kieran assisted me that day and provided me with the best service. I left that day with an additional product he recommended to me based off my concerns, and he suggested another other product to use with it, of a brand his store didn’t carry/where to find it. In that moment I knew that he actually cared about the customer and not just a sale. He sent me home with samples of products and a fragrance I was curious about, and within a week I was back to purchase them all. There was another associate assisting me as well but I can’t remember her name. Lovely lady though- I’d love to make it in to have my makeup done by her. The other day I had to call and inquire about shipping via online, as I recently moved away from Toronto and can no longer shop in store. Allan answered the phone a provided exceptional service. I felt like I had a personalized shopper helping me from far away 🥹. He was able to gather the items I needed, provide some samples, and do the transaction on the phone/ship it out that day. I’ve never experienced such level of care and attention -I’m still amazed and so thankful. With how digital and stand-offish our world has become it’s so refreshing and rare to find a store that still prides itself on human connection, personalization and authenticity. Thank you!!!!

My go to fragrance store in Toronto.
Jenny, Jensen and Allan are very knowledgeable about fragrances/products. Extremely friendly, personable and welcoming staff every time i visit.

The hands on experience trying different scents and having the option to buy a sample before committing to a full size bottle is way better at Etiket compared to Holt Renfrew where you have a sales rep constantly looking over your shoulder and telling you what to buy.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to for my experience today.

I came in for the first time to explore some of the niche frangrances I’ve had my eye on for a while but never wanted to blind buy, and when I tell you my experience was beyond a 10/10.

The manager of the makeup department was helping me with fragrances and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to hand pick fragrances that I would like based on the notes I described and she killed it. I ended up walking out with two amazing picks, all thanks to her.

There is so much selection at the store and if you are lucky enough to get the manager of the makeup department (I forgot to ask for her name) just know you’re in great hands.

Will definitely be returning.

I rarely write reviews but wow this location is so amazing!
The place itself is very clean and welcoming, but it was the staff that really blew me away. Jenny and Alan I believe were the two staff that were very welcoming and helped me test the perfumes on my liking, their recommendations were just so amazing I may have discovered my new signature perfume!! Nothing but recommend, keep up the amazing work!

Great place to try out and buy fragrances. It's located at the top floor of The Well. They had a good fragrance collection including Zoologist, Byredo, Xerjoff, among others.

Was there mainly to try Zoologist and I wasn't disappointed.
