Terrible customer services was treated like a homeless person off the street cause I was in a sweat shirt and dirty from doing lawn work. I will never shop here again. Customer service working the service or smile. You aren’t better than anyone. It’s just a coffee shop. Chill. I’m never coming back you lost hundreds that I would have spent on your burnt ass coffee. -1 /10

Hii i everyone 🤚it is shocking service by Starbucks ,I visit this location and another location on intersection Gorden and 97 hwy in kelowna,I heard which are under same owner and my family and friends visiting too as local people in this locations but now owner bring the new policy. policy is this ,do not allow use washroom even they are regular customers until they do not buy anything ,this is very disrespectful this mean they don’t have any respect,service and understanding if we are not buying anything on current visit,swear I never go back to startucks ever never which locations under this owner even i will suggest to my friends and local people who are in my touch ,i literally ask to employees just i need to use washroom atleast this time but their Manager clearly said No my Owner do not allow us even you are regular customer but there are more than 200 stores in city I never got this kind of service from any store even i didn’t buy anything there,I know Owner wouldn’t take serious this problem because I already 2-3 times requested to staff for this issue but I suggest to local people please don’t aspect any service and respect on these locations if you are not spending money on ur visit if owner has concern towards homeless people then what about another 200+ business in city even your staff can recognize their customers like others stores ,i visit Mcdonal,KFC,Quesada many high end restaurants but they don’t have any concern ,thank you for everything

Sat in the drive through for over half an hour with each car ahead of me taking forever only to have nobody come through the mic once it was my turn. Ended up having to just drive through with no service. Went to walk in only to find a hand written sign saying "closed at 1 pm today due to short staff". Please get a sign out at the drive through, serious a waste of time.

Terrible. Starbucks I wont ever support. Blenx makes wayy better drinks with polite service from the east indian girls. I ordered a small drink and watched for 5 minutes these little snarky girls stand around. Also a older lady waited for her drink to. While I watched the drive throughs recieve their order even though they were after us.

13/06/25 2:40pm - Im not usually one to complain but I got my regular order that I usually get in Rutland, an iced matcha latte. I’m not sure why the employees at this location didn’t dissolve or stir in the matcha. Even though I had an extra straw in my car I tried to stir it with I still got chunks of bitter matcha every couple sips🤢 I know I should have just given it back to them at the window but there was a car behind me in line that had already been waiting awhile for their drinks so I felt bad.

I used to be a Starbucks partner, and one thing I always believed in (and what I thought set Starbucks apart) was the culture of being human first. We were taught that customers come first, that kindness and gratitude matter. We didn’t just say “you’re welcome,” we said “thank you” because we were grateful people chose us. That’s what made the difference.

Tonight, that spirit was nowhere to be found. I was helping a friend who had just been forced to leave a safe house for women fleeing domestic violence. She hadn’t eaten, had no money, and we went into Starbucks hoping for even a single piece of a pastry that I know gets donated at the end of the night. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, just for a little compassion.

Instead, I was shut down cold. The way it was handled left me feeling judged, as though I was trying to hustle the store rather than simply feed someone in a desperate moment. It was disappointing to see the gap between what Starbucks says it stands for and what I experienced tonight.

When you market yourself as a company built on warmth, humanity, and community, moments like these matter. Tonight, Starbucks failed that standard.

The customer service by the staff is lacking. Although the taller, dark haired barista was kind and did a make a great drink. The other staff were snooty and sarcastic. Even asking a simple question will get you a sarcastic response and snide remarks about you to other staff. I won’t be going back to this location.
