Girlfriend has been waiting 3 months since she sent in papers , been “waiting for a officer to be assigned” while her ex is 20k behind on child support and shes just hanging in there. Not sure how you guys expect a single mother to survive

First year of me getting child support. I was told they can't do much unless the amount owed reaches 3000. First year the payer made 2 payments and the rest was garnished. They sent 2nd letter about suspending their license in febuary but the payer still has their license. Still not a dollar has been paid and the amount is over 3000 and I call but they can only give me so much info because the case officer has more access, but the case manager never calls me back. I have left the case manager a message over a month ago now but they say in 3 to 5 days you should get a return call. This is frustrating cause the payer is doing this to hurt me because they say there should be no child support paid, but it's for out kid not for me. I wish the office functioned better.

Very frustrating trying to get a hold of these people. The mail box is always full. They never answer the phone and when you go to the office they make you stand at the glass and ig ore you and when you do talk to a person they are very rude. But the moment you miss a payment you get in trouble. Do better Saskatchewan and find better customer service because this is crazy.

I am only giving 1 star as zero stars isn't an option. When they answer the phone they are very rude. If you leave messages, you are told they will get back to you in 3-5 business days but you never get a response. If you email, a few times, you may get a response then. Zero compassion or care for customer service.

I have been trying to reach the Maintenance Enforcement Program (MEP) for weeks, but they never answer their phone, and they don’t return calls or emails. It’s frustrating because this office is supposed to help people, yet they make it nearly impossible to get assistance. If they can’t handle the volume of inquiries, they should improve their system instead of leaving people without support. Very disappointing service!

130,000 behind. Since 2017, I have never had 1 call returned to me from anyone in the office. I get a few payments. Then he finds another job and its another 6+ months before anything get rolling again.
You took his DL and everything else but he is still driving. Never cares to be sober to see them.
If we didnt depend on this money so the kids that i clearly didnt make on my own could have a comfortable upbringing, have healthy food in their mouths, clothes on their backs, a roof over their head and Sports or extracurriculars!
Then we wouldnt be begging for the help we rightfully deserve.

sometimes they are good, other times not so much, if your kids dad is in arrears they don't seem to really do anything about it. The paying parent can lie for months about court dates and fake court orders and get away with it by the looks of it. It also would be nice to get an update more often of what is going on. Usually if people owe money you cant just not pay it.

It would be nice to actually talk to someone that is nice. I understand that you have a lot of people to deal with but this is still customer service and you dont have to be rude when someone calls in to ask a simple question. Its almost like no one there is a single parent going through this. There is 1 girl that I talked to 2 years ago that was outstanding. I just cant remember her name.
