I went to this chiropractor a year ago and now they can't find my file and if I go back there I have to be a new patient this is ridiculous

Very strongly sugest NOT to see Dr Booth. Ive been going to chiropractors for 15 years. Never experienced such a painful time during, I was scared to let her continue, Its always been a relief going but not with her!! And weeks later everything feels way worse.

This had been my favorite place for massage and chiropractic treatment since it opened. However, after my last appointment on Friday, I have been having headaches that Tylenol, ibuprofen, and migraine meds cannot touch. The chiropractor said that if the headaches continue to come back in. Called first thing Monday morning to get in to see her.... nope, but they could book me for Wednesday. I refused and asked the girl at the front desk to talk to the chiropractor to advise on the situation. Called back an hour later. Was finally advised that the chiropractor was in until the afternoon. Called back after lunch and was told that a note had been left on the Dr's desk but she hadn't heard anything yet. Received a phone call half an hour later that I could get an appointment to come in at 3 pm the following day.
I am not sure if this is the clinic's procedures or lack of training, but I am VERY disappointed at this kind of lackadaisical response.
Other than this incident, I have had wonderful care at this clinic. Too bad the image has been tarnished.

I have been treated by Amber Fehr and Dr. Yaworski here for years now. The care and service is always first class. They are never pushy for more than you need and are clearly very knowledgeable in their fields. The front end staff also does a great job.

I love this clinic! I've had chiropractic services from Dr Kristmanson, and my husband has from Dr Yaworski and both were very capable. I had the best massage ever from Cadence Smith recently. I also had a consultation with Brenda Bridle and found her very warm and friendly. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly and make booking appointments seamless. I love the instant email notifications so you never lose track of appointment times. Great clinic!!!

This is a medical facility that has chiropractic services and physiotherapy.
I go to Halee Shaw (Physio) , because I've known her for a bit, and she has great insight and extended knowledge of Parkinson and corresponding excercise.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 15 years, they are the absolute best. The admin girls are always pleasant and accommodating, Dr Kevyn is a kind, compassionate person. I’ve seen a few massage therapists there, and they are all great, however, I’ve been seeing Amber on a regular basis since the old building, and I prebook my appointments a year in advance because she’s that good. I appreciate the fact that they are continually learning to create a better experience for their patients/clients. Keep up the great work!
