Have been here since 2017 and only moving to leave apartment style living. Beautiful suites! Excellent soundproofing so you almost never hear your neighbours. I’ve had 2 different management companies and 3 different landlords with never any serious issues. Any maintenance I’ve needed has been done quickly. Would never hesitate to move back into this building!

This place has the WORST management I have ever experienced before in my life. We lived in this building for 4 years, always paid rent on time, quite and respectful. So many things went wrong here, including water damage 2 times. We were kicked out for 7 months the first time, also had our storage broken in too and everything stolen ( they didn't care at all ). and 3 and a half months with no kitchen the second time. We were then told there was mold ( which was a slip of the lip by management ). The fire alarms also go off about 3 times a year for no reason in the middle of the night. We then gave them our month notice 1 day late because of the long weekend and they're saying we are not allowed out of it. Do not rent these apartments I know they're nice but the management is absolute junk. Save your time from being screwed over.

WARNING DO NOT RENT THESE UNITS! management will manipulate and screw you over any chance you get. - All we got was stress every month for multiple issues not being fixed and hassle when we gave our notice. I hope this can save even 1 hard working family from this management company. Good luck to you and your house hunting.

I called three times to book an appointment to see an appartment. I just wanted to see how the apartments look like to get an idea if I would like it and if I would consider it.

On Monday who ever replied the call told me to call on Tuesday to see it. On Tuesday I called, he said he had some urgent issue to attend and said to call on Wednesday to see it.

I called on Wednesday, he said he had another issue that keeps him busy and asked if I could call on Thursday.

I dont know if its just the way to brush me off for whatever reasons or not. However, I feel the customer service is lacking with this property.

I really wanted to see any of the apartments since the building seems to meet my criteria. How hard is it to find 15 mins for a potential tenant?

I love it here.Its very quiet, washer and dryer,very good security,and underground parking where your car is secure.If any problems they are taken care of as soon as possible.I find they are very friendly and helpful.
