Staff customer service is very bad; they had given me an appointment for the next day, but when I went, they told me it was not in their system. They do not value customer time.

I am giving one star because there is no option for zero or minus 100 star, The reason behind this that, toady I went to rbc because online transactions was not working in my app and manager came he said I will solve your problem when we went in office he didnt do anything you can check the camera, After waiting half hour my turn came. Even he said do what you want do complaint. Manager name is tarun saini. This card he gave me said do online complanit means they dont know how to talk and respect.

The slowest branch, known to mankind. Only 2 tellers on a Monday afternoon. What’s the sense in that. Crazy and on top of it the tellers move at snail pace. The tellers are friendly which was the only positive.

This branch which also used to be known as the Four corner branch unfortunately is not open Saturdays anymore,and not only that the ATM machine inside are also useless because they lock the door completely and you don't have access to machines either, specially place like downtown. It's disappointing

The bank needs a upgrade, it looks and feels gloomy and unattractive, and you need to get more security so that it can be open in the nights and on holidays and we dont have to encounter the crack heads who want to sleep and mess up in there, otherwise I'm ok with it, next thing I have been a customer for years and I cannot get an overdraft like other bank that I'm with.

The fact that I pay a pretty big monthly fee to bank here and then I would like to take my money out, and they limit your atm so now you have to wait in this extremely slow line and still can’t get the amount you want. It would be nice to have more tellers at the very least so we don’t have to wait forever to get a fraction of our money out every time….or how about increasing limits at the atm

The unfriendly attitude of Sharon,a teller at this branch is almost unbelievable. She was rude, and very condescending on multiple occasions. I have held an account at this branch for over 25 years and have watched it deteriorate year by year. In conclusion Sharon is the worst to deal with, absolutely no manners or customer service. The branch manager , is not much better. Sad state of affairs with these two miserable people.
