I had the pleasure of visiting Keep in Touch Thai Massage and Spa during a trip from out of town, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. After three days of camping at Jones Lake—complete with little sleep, lots of dancing, and some enthusiastic karaoke—I was in serious need of relaxation and recovery.

I booked an aromatherapy oil massage and was fortunate to have Pugun as my therapist. From the moment I arrived, she was kind, respectful, and attentive. She listened closely to my specific needs and tailored the massage perfectly, checking in gently throughout to ensure everything was just right. Her technique was exceptional—one of the best I’ve ever experienced—and I left feeling both physically rejuvenated and mentally at ease.

The added touches made the experience even more special. The warm towels were incredibly soothing, and the complimentary ginger tea at the end was the perfect finish. This massage was exactly what I needed, and I’m so grateful to Pugun and the team for such a thoughtful and professional experience.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for genuine care and skill in a peaceful setting. I hope to return next time I’m in town!

The spa is clean and quiet. Well thought out massage spaces that have dimmable lights during your treatment. A Thai massage is not your average "relaxation" event but I feel very relaxed and pliable after while drinking my tea and readjusting to focus for the rest of my day. Thank you for a great experience, I will be back! The ginger tea is delicious!

It was my first ever Thai massage and they are the sweetest, kindest and accommodating people. I had been trying to book an appointment since so long and I think It was my money’s worth. I was running a bit late but they still chose to accommodate me and I am thankful for that. The massage was 5/5. My massage therapist Pugun was soooo gentle and soft spoken. I highly recommend checking out this place.

What a fantastic experience. This was the best message place I have ever been to! I walked in the door where I was instantly greeted, and given a lovely foot soak with roses and oranges. While I was waiting, they gave me some lemon ginger tea, which really set the vibe. Then I spent the next 90 minutes in pure relaxation. She started with a 30 minute full body message, using oils that she rubbed into my poor over worked muscle. Next, she spent 30 minutes working all the stress out of my feet. The mix of warming cloths pressure points were lovely. Finally, 30 minutes was dedicated to a facial. She used an exfoliating mix that smelled like roses, and a cream that smelt like orange. I’ve never had my face glow like this before!
At the end, they thanked me for coming, and guess what? More tea!
Definitely will be going back, I loved everything about this experience. If you’re looking for a luxury experience, Keep In Touch is for you!

I had a wonderful experience from Keep in touch massage at the world record breaking cookathon downtown kamloops. Very professional lady, amazing and knows her work. Felt my nerve relax, i want more ill will book a full on session with them later. My body feels amazing in just under 30mins.
