Horrible people. There's no help being offered here.
If you hear from a woman named Janice L Cook have nothing to do with her. God help you if you do. She's not good at her job. She's very vindictive. Even though she had never even met she had the Police come to my Apartment. They banged on my apartment door loudly announcing to everyone on my floor why they are there. I was humiliated. All because I had inquired about a group called Raising Hope, only I found the cost to prohibitive. I told her there was no hope of that . Then she called the police and told them that she was worried I might hurt myself.

Horrible place. Management puts on a facade of caring like a family but make no mistake, they do not care.
There are better, genuinely caring counselling services. Avoid this place.

If you're seeking counseling here, make sure you don't need any advice because I was told explicitly by a counsellor that they don't do that here 🙂 a complete waste of time. Never again!
