Took my mom to an appointment to check her eyes after a recent lense surgery she had. Was scheduled for 10:20am, she was not seen until 11:30am.
While I was waiting in the car for her, I noticed a lot of people coming and going. Safe to assume they had over booked people and did not have the appropriate amount of staff to handle the excess appointments.
If you make an agreement to see people at a certain time then you should see them at that agreed upon time. It's a commitment. I understand some appointments take longer than usual but from what I observed that day the clinic had scheduled too many appointments and was unable to service within an exceptable amount of time. This may have been due to a scheduling conflict or maybe being understaffed with reliable employees. The way I see it; this was unprofessional and not the way to do business.
Dare I say it...this was greed induced(under staffing)and took no consideration for other people's schedules(calling to reschedule).
Well I hope the owners new Mercedes S/G class is able to be upgraded with massaging ventilated seats covered in the upgraded valcona leather. It is quite a devine place to be when your busy not giving a damn about the clients that showed up on time for their scheduled appointments.
