Very pleasant doctors from the Family Health team that I am a patient of. Of the other services and staff (doctors, nurses and support staff) they are always professional, polite and informative

The staff were amazing. The nurses helped ease my worries and made the procedure as easy as possible. Thank you so much.

Have never been here, and don't live in the Newmarket area but somehow got a letter in the mail addressed to me requesting donations. Shady business practices if you're buying and targeting people for donations.

The absolute dirtiest medical space I have ever been in. I took a family member for cataracts surgery and was stunned at the condition. The list is lengthy but I will mention the top: dirty floors, washroom littered with toilet paper and paper towels and a dirty toilet. A greasy, lube hand print on front desk, blood splatters on the floor, nurses not wearing gloves orceash their hands between two patients.I will report. They need to get checked out before people get sick or infections.

Way better facilities than the actual hospital. I had to bring my mom here many times with her liver issues and they did a great job taking care of her. Professional staff and very attentive to your needs.

Well built and easy to find where you need to go here. Parking on site as well

Nice facility that I have visited numerous times. Generally well organized. Lately, I have not waited very long to seem for my appointments. Staff are helpful and efficient. Past visits I have very good experiences with doctors and nurses.

I can't say enough great things about this hospital. The staff are wonderful and caring. The only unfortunate comment about this hospital is the emergency room. You pretty much have to learn how it operates on your own. No information how it works, you have to rely on other patients there who have gone through the system and hopefully explain it to you. When you first arrive at Emerge sometimes you are to take a number on this tiny make-shift desk that you can easily walk past and then you miss your place in line. They have a two-tier system, triage first and then you wait until you are called up the second time. Then they give you your paperwork and you head into another part of the hospital to wait. If you thought it was crowded during the first two stages you haven't seen anything yet. Now it is chaos and bedlam; packed with people doesn't come close to describing this. You find a place while still clutching your paperwork until some kind patient points to an almost hidden tray where you are to set your paperwork down so that they know you're there to call you. When you are eventually called after a long wait you are then assigned a room or I guess a pod filled with other people. Sometimes that room is already filled so what to do? You hover outside that room but you are constantly in the way as it is very tight and people are trying to get past you; Hospital staff, patients, cleaners. Think subway at rush hour; bump, push, bump. Eventually your name is called again and you go to a private spot and wait again for the doctor. I do understand the waiting, but it's the in between that makes very little sense.
