Bruce and I have been with Cooperators (Phil, Sandy and Stephen) for over 20 years. We recently had our first claim in 38 years of home ownership. We had a few glitches with the head office in Alberta where we first submitted our report of damage, had Sandy get involved and finally our claim was settled and we could return to our condo after renovations. They are the best team and care about their customers. Even though we moved out of Newmarket, we would never leave this exceptional company.

Fantastic service by Masumi at this location. She helped me get started a few months ago and fixed an error on my policy generated by a phone call with the service desk that did not explain things well. Masumi was able to correct the error and explain the process!

If I had an option to drop half a star I would do that too.
Never to recommend to anyone, they change their rates all the time, and the worst of it all is that they lie that they had notified you of any changes in pay.

Also charged me a fine for another month of using their policy when they didn't even say that they renewed and I get to know that they renewed it when the fine pops up in my credit card statement.

No more CO-OPERATORS!
