I am not surprised the service is so bad. The whole system is broken, and no one cares about these reviews anyways, but I thought I'd share with you how bad it is,
If you apply o line there is a 10 day wait for the agency to reply,
They asked for 3 things, I sent them but there is always more questions, and every time I respond there is 10 more days to wait,
No accountability from anyone,
Good thing they don't delay racing our taxes, next time you find yourself voting, Think of this services,

not the best not the worst. not good for getting into a grouphome. someone must die. wouldn't even trust their sil programs insist you can live independently when you can't if your in a sil will insist you can live independently only good for passpost that's about it
