Had a basement wall cracks repaired and insulated. They did good work and the price was reasonable. A bit more than I thought but ok. Didn't appreciate being yelled at by the foreman for asking a question to apparently the wrong person. I'd asked one of the workers unknowingly. Also they broke 3 cement blocks when relaying my sidewalk. Said they'd come back to replace them but never did.

It seems to me that the least a company can do is respond to a request for an estimate. I've left three online inquiries and several voice messages over several weeks and have not received so much as a "sorry we're too busy" reply. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
