Good ice cream, not so good customer service. Had us wait outside for no apparent reason and weren’t very kind when asking us to do so

I stopped here to buy drinks and snacks while waiting for the Rider Express changing from Calgary to Kelowna, (it picks up adjacent to the gas station) after dragging my luggage up from the piccadilly mall I needed to sit down so I politely asked if I was okay to get a coffee and wait for my bus for 40 mins at the tables inside with my luggage, I assumed this would be fine and was just asking to be courteous - but I was bluntly told no by the lady working, so I had to wait outside in the heat stood up, weird experience, the only time I’ve been to Salmon Arm and this was the only person I actually spoke too haha, also I bought cigarettes and she was super skeptical about me using my UK passport as ID as if it was an elaborate fake hahaha

Not sure why this even exists anymore. Saturday night and it’s closed by 8pm. My third time trying to come by in the evening and its closed. Being on the TCH, you should be open.

I bought some milk at this store. I did not have reading glasses so I could not read the label. It turned out to be 3 days out of date. It was not drinkable and the store clerk did not give me a receipt. This is unacceptable.
