Horrible place. Horrible drs. Idk if it’s just because of my colour or what. Went there 2-3 times to get looked at and the doctors ignored my symptoms or what I had to explain about how and what I was feeling. Told me everything was normal but then I went to another dr to get looked at and had been too my symptoms and just by looking at the area of concede that it should’ve been a dead giveaway to start some kind of treatment. Very disappointed with the place and don’t think I’ll be going back ever

Brought my 3 month old in to get a check up as she wasn’t eating as much as normal and had a nasty cough. Seen dr. Nel and all she did was check her chest and say she’s fine it’s a cold. I asked if I could weigh her and she made it seem like that was a weird request. Asked why I wanted to weigh her in a snarky tone and stated I can if I want but she wasn’t sure why I needed or wanted to. As if she didn’t hear that she hasn’t been eating as much I then got frustrated and decided to not weigh her and just leave. 10/10 would not recommend. I will never be going back to her as she was very rude and ignorant.

booked appointment for specific waited outside for 2 hours they called in waited 25 mintues inside but docter didn’t show up.

Horrible customer service! Externally rude staff. No doctors no care offered. What’s the point of having a “walk in clinic” when you can’t see anyone! Other clinic was the same.
