If like many others of orangeville you have hit hard times then the food bank can be the answer to your prayers. It has helped me and my brother tremendously and I plan on donating back once I am in a better financial state.

I've been to a good handful of food banks in southern Ontario as well as a couple in Nova Scotia – this one by far exceeds anything I've ever experienced before. You can tell the people operating this project, the volunteers, the town of Orangeville, all the businesses providing donations, all truly care and it's that selfless motive to continue this charity project, in my opinion, that makes this food bank stand out for all the rest in so many ways. The amount of food provided is unmatched. the quality and the various selection of stuff that's always changing and keeping things interesting. I sometimes find some real gems like pure maple syrup! and big bags of mini, 70% dark chocolate chips. sometimes there's whole pizzas, ice cream, meals prepared by the chef, essentials like bread, pasta, tuna. meat, eggs and milk always. and a ton of fruits and vegetables to choose from. Most food banks dont give any fresh stuff. it's mostly just non perishables from the other guys. the volunteers are all so incredibly friendly and helpful as well! I feel like I won the lottery when I come home from the food bank and fill up my fridge and cupboards! Thanks to all of you making this happen!

Good Location, I was there recently and i got treated nicely compared to 10 years ago! The volunteers are a lot friendlier & helpful and they give you good stuff now ( Fresh, Excellent, Quality & Quantity).
Anyone in need of food within the area i recommend the Orangeville Food Bank to anyone you'll find kindness here.

Friendly staff, I called ahead to make sure they could take a large donation. The ladies helped me weigh it and I got to take a photo of the shopping cart overflowing to show on social media and thank the public for helping raise donations. Drive thru is set up for customers and new location is great.

Never been to a food bank before this one... Very helpful volunteers, very clean, generally well stocked... You pick what you want as if shopping on your own with limit restrictions for popular items. Arrive 10 minutes before opening as there is generally a line up already and it can take a while for your turn.
