The worse problem in my building (54 Malta Ave) is cleanliness. First cleanliness of apartments. After leaving for 16 years I asked whether my apartment qualify to be repainted. The answer was "The Corporation would give me paint and I should paint myself. I am disable - double amputee so obviously can't paint. The management didn't answer . I ended up paying over $2000 to the ofbuilding maintenance.
The second great cleanlines problem is the building itself. The problem exists for over 7 years. The status of walls on several floors is unacceptable. The walls on my floor are covered with about 40 huge stains. I have been complaining on the meeting thr management answer was harassment. I was told that if I continue complaining I will be exmitted for unacceptable behavior. I wanted to officially complaint to the bord of directors but I was told I can write only to the management and they will decide. I wrote and never got the answer.
