I’ve been to the new West Kelowna City Hall twice since it relocated here. The space is larger, brighter, and the scenery is more beautiful. The staff are still as friendly as ever. Every time I visit, they warmly greet me and promptly guide me to resolve any issues I have. They patiently explain policies and provide the necessary assistance—thank you so much for your professionalism and enthusiasm.
The only downside is the parking situation. It doesn’t seem as adequate as expected. A new location should ideally come with more convenient parking. Additionally, the new location feels a bit more remote than before.

My husband and I were applying for a new business license and were greeted immediately and offered help with our application.
Mandy and Christine were so knowledgeable and helped us step by step through the process. We really appreciated all the help through what we thought would be a difficult process. Thankyou ladies very very much!!!

This building is the biggest waste of our money I've ever seen. So much wasted space, giant million dollar glass walls that cook the staircases in the sun, REAL wood ceiling panels, everything echoes and the floor looks like ita been cut with a chainsaw LOL. What happened here! I'm laughing but it hurts, they could have spent WAY way less money & had it look much nicer

The city of West Kelowna took a picnic table away from a dog park which caused hardship for seniors and people with disabilities. They refused to answer why they actually did it claiming that the picnic table was causing dog owners bad behaviour? The city of west Kelowna clearly has an issue with hiring competent managers to make these types of decisions, but discriminating against people with disabilities and making their life hard to enjoy facilities that are paid for by tax dollars is just pathetic. If I was a city council member I’d be demanding that someone is fired for their poor decision making. And let’s not forget that it also took a castanet and global news story before they agreed to put some seats back in place. Shameful and incredibly embarrassing for anyone that is an employee with the city, you’re here to serve the people that pay taxes, not to discriminate against them.

Really appreciated the prompt, efficient and friendly service. Thank you for being patient and explanations received in detail. Such a pleasure to enter a 1st world country government department, and not experience long ques, unfriendly attitudes, untidy offices and quota system for assistance. Thank you

we have a bunch of unnecessary round-abouts in Glenrosa, and other locations...and not where it is actually needed like the 4 way, connecting off the highway near Constable Neil Bruce Middle school, the traffic there is chaotic and dangerous for all the children walking to and from school. PLEASE DO SOMETHING BEFORE THERE IS ACCIDENT.
