Our second stop was here to get to know more about the town or I’ll say get some information from visitor centre. Chinese doctor Miyazaki used to live here. They tried to keep his office same as it was when he was working as a doctor in this town.

We visited here when we are in the area,you can donate if you visit or not.
They restore and preserve it well as it used too.there is a free parking in the side.
there is lots of meseum and historic place to visit at the same time on this area.

This is the house a Canadian Japanese doctor, who was interned during the war, once lived. It’s a part of history so it was nice to see it so well kept. After reading about Asahi baseball team, I was interested in that part of history. Too bad was closed on Tuesday!

22 mei stonden wij hier voor het huis, jammer dat de ramen vd zijkant met hout dicht getimmerd zijn, het is een lief huisje, helaas was het gesloten

Un angolosolitario della bellissima British Columbia, vi si sente il respiro della natura, incontrastato. La presenza dell'uomo vi è modesta e oltremodo rispettosa.

Dropped in by chance as we were passing through. The lady there kindly gave us a tour which was fantastic and really lit up the history of the house and the town from the 1st nations until now. The story of the doctor was both sad and uplifting. I'm just really sorry I was carrying no Canadian dollars to tip what was a very interesting tour.
