Instead of going to the hospital emergency I decided to call fr a wellness check for my parents due to a mean cold. Reeghan and Alexandre Fasciano assisted with this call. Very professional,empathetic kind for my elderly parents of 92 and 89.Did all checks needed to reassure them if needed to call back not to hesitate I can’t say Thanks again we are blessed in Sudbury to have great paramedics as we have with them:) Million Thanks

My heartfelt and endless thanks go out to the two Paramedics-- a man and a woman-- who took such wonderful care of my 98 year old Mother who suffered a serious fall this week. They were competent, caring and courteous. They treated my Mom with the upmost respect. My family is truly grateful.

I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to paramedics who assisted my Mother Friday evening August 17th …incredibly professional, empathetic and caring young men. Zach Van Dellen (huge patient advocate) and Cory in ambulance and Connor who was bedside and caring for my Mom all night at HSN Sudbury ER department. This is definitely your calling! Edit: I'm actually going to preface this by saying I've had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance twice before, and both of those times were amazing--I got all the help I needed. But this is just inexcusable.

Two of your paramedics nearly got me killed last Friday. I was dehydrated and my body was in shock, but they told me I was hyperventilating and that I was fine, I just had to go home. Cue three hours later, because their assessment was wrong and I was actually dying of dehydration.
Does the photo below look like someone that just needs to, and I quote, "Go home!"?
They blasted loud metal music in the ambulance while I was sitting there, dying, and they didn't even help me out! I deadass stumbled out of the ambulance to see them already inside of the building. What a goddamned joke. I was never in so much distress in my life, and the miserable jerks you have driving your ambulance around nearly got me killed. I can't even believe it. The system is a complete failure and you people should be ashamed of yourselves.

EMS came from the Valley to Hanmer at the weekend.
Kudos to the team...Trevor...and Todd (not sure of his name but it did start with a T).
