The staff at Merrymount are absolutely incredible. They create a warm, friendly, comforting atmosphere for parents and their children to interact. In tough situations with parent to parent conflict, the staff makes certain that the parents do not have see each other during exchanges and create a safe "non-conflicting" environment for the children. To the workers that I've encountered, thank-you for all you do.

Had a tour with my church. An excellent facility for children to go. Children are the top priority. They should get more funding from the government. I was very impressed with the whole place.

Not impressed with the people who work here.. I always question why I dislike the staff but it seems to be something new each time.. They lock the entrance doors and take their sweet time to let you in.. They've made judgy/inaccurate/rude comments in front of my children.. I'm an easy going person and a review like this is due to bad tastes being left in my mouth repeatedly. 2 stars for being available to the public for special family needs... But this facility can be run so much better

Nearly impossible to get a hold of some on the phone or return my calls, running in circles going in office trying to figure out who's going to give me my report. Very organized and not very helpful. Time sensitive but no one cares

A great support service for families, it is a blessing to have this place as an option for seeing you're children.

Might help some people now, however the history of merry mount is dark and sordid, I wouldn't trust them with my kids. I was an orphan living at merry mount for 6 months in 1992 where I was consistently forced to use an inhaler of an unknown substance which made me vomit, blackout, and destroyed my immune system to the point of getting chronically ill for several years after leaving.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place and staff. So completely helpful and supporting to me as a parent. Took 3 of their courses, all worthy.
