I was visiting a friend who lives in the building, and I felt extremely unsafe. There were people urinating in the hallway And a bunch of dirty needles All over. Many homeless people in this area and standing outside, trying to get into the hallways. Very dirty filled with graffiti And lots of warnings on the doors. Man, walking around with brass knuckles and pepper spray asking who I was coming to see as well as if I belong in the building and if we were going to have a problem. Many people in the building Addicted like zombies, Laying all over the inside by the elevators. Honestly, they should do their homework on how they let in there And make it a safe space for all. My friend was afraid to go outside of her apartment after 10 PM at night because of all the activities, Drugs and her being a single woman, she felt extremely unsafe. Housing they should have regulations And make it safe for all of it residence not just homeless and putting them out of the way. My car ended up getting smashed and tried to break into it when I was sitting in the parking which You have to pay for For only 20 minutes. It’s across from the Police station , but the police aren’t doing anything about the Drug issues and use.#building380 Adelaide St., North

I was visiting so this is just from that perspective. I've been here many times. Overall common areas were reasonably clean although the walls/elevators could use some patching/paint and tlc. The parking garage(I came in thru there with a resident) is filthy. Doesn't look like it's ever been swept out. There's cars in there that you can't see inside of due to the build up on dust on them. The apartment was nice enough but maintenance was lacking. Taps that don't work and have not for months. This place is noisy as hell from the street. Doors closed too, but all you can hear is traffic and siren's constantly. I can see it was a very nice looking place at one time but if it's not maintained better it won't last many more years.

Lived here for over a decade and the current staff are amazing!! Couldn't ask for a better staff especially the head person at the office!! But everyone there is great and super respectful, security is also good especially in the winter months. They will go the extra mile to help you with problems in any situation!they work with you instead of against you!

I lived here for 5 years in a couple different units. I know the people in the office pretty well and they are genuinely good people who really try their best to help others. This is the only complex I have lived in which have a real variety in their unit setups. They even have 2 floor 2 bed units which is a nice homey feeling for an apartment. This is mostly subsidized units with a few market rent units.

We are having a great weekend. With the lifting of the covid lockdown. Complying with the Red Zone restrictions we are teaching the One-stop safety class. You should have been there, there was room for four more of you.

I have alot of customers in this building. It's accessible as I am a wheelchair repair man. Quiet building and I haven't had any bad experiences over the years I've been going there~
