The worst people to deal at Horizon Group. I hope the management , leaders should stand up to listen and solve all the issue what you bring to your customers. they are not only use bad quality materials also install used and damaged appliances for my units. They let someone to use my unit before I picked up the keys. They walk away what I brought to them. They just collect money as much as they can from buyers. Absolutely zero start for Horizon Group. I dont know who and where is the leader?

Man I can’t a single star to this company, they are criminal I would strongly advise all Canadians to not purchase from these guys or have them build you anything. They crazy pre occupancy fees it is criminal what are doing.

Cut corners, uses cheap materials that break.
When they break before your warranty is up they ignore until the warranty is up so they don't have to pay. I have plenty of photos of awful workmanship in here. Nails sticking out of showers and walls. Cabinets measured wrong and cut leaving hole all the way to the ceiling. Plastic left under tub after install. HVAC unit wasn't installed properly so the wires arched and fussed from the heat.
When I notified them of the smell it was ignored. I had to call my energy company who told me l was minutes away from a fire.
