Nice, calm residence which can still come alive on the weekends. Surrounded by nature which is great for people who love going for walks or bike rides often. The extra distance from campus relative to the other residences makes you love the typical dormitory atmosphere though, which may or may not be a deterring factor depending on who you are.

It is the largest residence offered by University of Waterloo. It's townhouse style with 4 bed 1 bath. The kitchen is small, but the living room is large for a residence. The bathroom shower has excellent water temperatures, but can barely hold a bar of soap. Unfortuntely, despite being rather decent as a place to live, it is far too expensive for what it is to be considered a good residence, as with other places in the University. And it's far.

A horrible place. Spent there 3 months during the summer. It was constantly too hot and humid, and the units don't have ac.
They are very slow when it comes to maintainance. Our fridge was leaking for cca a month. I'd been sending them e-mails for ages, but they haven't responded before I got a food poisoning (they probably were afraid that I might sue them).
Also, the atmosphere is really depressing.

Highly recommend! Would especially recommend visiting house 99, it is by far the most social and entertaining house. You're guaranteed to have a fun time!
