The two types of coffee I tried from Can crops were the Colombia Huila – Excelso, I was impressed by how bright and refreshing this coffee is! The citrus and floral notes really come through without being overpowering, and it has such a clean finish. Brewed it with my Chemex and it was incredibly smooth and well-balanced. Definitely a coffee I’ll be keeping in my rotation. I can’t wait to explore the other four coffees from this collection.

The second one was the Colombia Caldas Lucero Supremo
This is such a comforting cup of coffee. The caramel sweetness is the first thing you notice, followed by subtle hints of red berries and spice. It’s bold but still very smooth, with a nice medium body. I especially love it as an espresso—rich, flavorful, and no bitterness. Highly recommend if you enjoy a refined, full-bodied coffee. I’m excited to try the other four varieties of Coffee Can Crops offers as well!
