I've had three interviews. I asked several times for feedback because I want to improve myself. Yet, they discriminated against me because I have a disability. I worked so hard in school to gain the skills and knowledge to become successful. You know what they did? They told me never to apply in the future. That really hurt me. So I don't believe that HR really cares about making people's lives better. They only want the most experienced people.

We recently met a group of personal care workers and residents of Robin Hood Association based out of Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. We met these people at a resort in the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. It was remarkable to see how much fun these people were having. The people that were taking care of them seemed to be having so much fun with the people they were caring for, as well. It was heart warming to see how much these care givers seemed to love and care for the people they were working with. These caregivers had these folks involved in every activity imaginable. It was not unusual to see the residents high-fiving each other and laughing and dancing. Huge regards to this group of people from Robin Hood association in Sherwood Park, Alberta that worked with these handicapped folks, helping them have such a beautiful, fun experience on their holiday in Mexico.

This organisation pretends to care for the people in their programs but nothing could be further from the truth. For the management of the Robin Hood Association, money is the prime motivator.
