I recently went through for my medical examination and it was an amazing experience. I had some difficulties with my file and Dr. Sahdev helped me out .. he was so kind and generous. Even the staff was also so welcoming and supporting . As an international student in canada it’s always great to have home like feeling whenever you go. I can sleep at peace now. Thank you to the entire team.

The worst experience ever, I had to call and ask for some help! No one was available at all all of them they were busy as I’ve been told, they are disappointment I can book they told me on the phone is in two weeks and I need it urgent help , Not sure what is this place for! Extremely rude stuff on the phone and in person, they’re getting paid did she do her like that! I hope one day they rehire all the staff again and organize this place from step one

I wish I could give no star. During my stay in Kingston, I had only one visit there on April 2018 to file my tax in volunteer tax filing group they had over there. Now, after two years and understanding the up and downs of tax filing I found all he (I don't know what the guys name is otherwise I would certainly mention, I just know he was Canadian and I trusted him) did was incomplete and many information was not entered although provided by me. Now, after two years I have the hassle of reclaiming and correcting that filing with CRA.
I don't understand why people volunteer to file tax for newcomers while they do not know anything about that?!! Don't go there for tax filing.
