It's been over 10 yrs living here. Present staff are great. Safety for tenants is key which I like. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Board do their best. Great place to live. WARNING: underground garage height is NOT as indicated at ramp. Damaged the roof of my Dodge Ram 1500 truck. No compensation

The Current Manager and secretary are both completely uneducated on how to deal with others. They don't follow any protocal and seem to make up rules as they go along . This was a beautiful friendly place to live and to visit however its become like a detention centre. YOU CAN NO LONGER HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED OR HAVE ANYONE VISIT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11PM AND 6AM. I have lived here for almost 20yrs and am moving, but not before taking the current management team and a couple of members and directors of the previous board to court and getting a compensation package for VIOLATING NUMEROUS HUMAN RIGHTS CODES AND NOT SEEMING TO CARE AT ALL! the 4 years of harassment and and giving special treatment to some members and not others, giving 15 and 30 day eviction notices, not allowing that person enough time to. Scrape together any funds for first and last on a new apartment. THIS CO-OP IS GOING TO END UP GOING DOWN IN HISTORY FOR VIOLATING THE ONTARIO HUMAN RIGHTS OF MANY OF ITS MEMBERS AND CAUSING UN DUE HARDSHIP AND POISONING THE ENVIRONMENT. People are dying in this coop from anxiety and stress caused by these fools I'm one of those people I'm trying to recover from a lengthy illness and my diagnosis has gotten worse because of the constant harassment by people who should clean up the disastrous mess in their lives before getting their noses stuck in others business. People are supposed to be treated equally not have their business and private affairs spread all over town and yelled at out in public by a Board Member who has taken an oath of confidentiality and that we as members voted in. Disgraceful and unbelievable in this day and age. Margaret Laurence Coop I loved living here it used to be a place with many good people and now it's become a mixed group who are constantly trying to pit members against each other The community has become divided and jaded. Very sad

The staff treated me like a criminal. I was 45 minutes early and they made me wait in the cold vestibule. Totally uneccessary. I will NEVER come here again. Total lack of respect. They need to get some sensitivity training. If I could I would give them a zero rating.
