Very poor service , have had many issues with this branch , tellers couldn't care less if they serve you or not (very cold) was my last experience . I find it necessary to check my account frequently . I will no longer use the Kincardine Branch for my future banking needs.

They always greet you as soon as you walk in and you hardly have to wait in line, even if there is a line up, unlike other finicial institutions, where even if there is only 1 person ahead of you, you dont get acknowledged until you're at the counter and you can wait forever, even though there are 4 or 5 workers behind the counter. Another bank I went into, I was the only person in there, waiting to be serviced at the teller counters. There was someone in one of the rooms being helped. There were 3 tellers behind the counter and I stood there for 11 minutes before someone even acknowledged me, then another 3 minutes before I was called over. It was awkward standing there in silence, only talking when we did our transaction. When I was done I was told ok bye (ok bye!!).
At meridian the longest I've ever been in there was going into the offices to set up things with my accounts. I walk in, get acknowledged immediately, if there's a line up, wait maybe 5 minutes until it's my turn, am greeted again, Do what I need to and then I'm thanked for being a customer and told to have a good day or pleasant day, etc. While I'm doing my transactions I'm asked about how my family is, how my job is going, how my vacation was, etc. I'm treated like a person, not an account.

Very unhappy trying to transfer cash from meridian in Kincardine Ontario first through Emt then after being on the phone for an hour and a half trying to get through to speak to a person I spoke to person at the bank she said she was unable to assist me in receiving cash at my end through etransfer. Very frustrating I told her I was helped on the past by a bank manager at that point she looked through my file telling me there was no record of that. I suggested she then send it to my bank account in my town. She said no as I would have to come in to her bank which is 12 hundred miles away from me I explained that is not possible. I asked if I could sign the paperwork on line she said no they don’t have forms like that. She then gave me another num

Bad experiences on several occasions, giving us incorrect information as 1st Time home Buyers - and then avoided calls to explain their errors. Wasted a lot of people's time. Will not return or recommend.
