My experience with Kingdom Acts Foundation food bank services came at a time when I was going through difficult times.I was worried about how I would feed my family, but the food bank staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They didn't judge, they simply offered help. The food I received made a big difference and gave me peace of mind.More than just groceries,I felt supported and cared for. That experience reminded me that community support can truly lift one up when needed it most.

All thanks to Kingdom Acts Foundation

I recommend Kingdom Acts Foundation (KAF) to anyone interested and please don't forget to thank me later✌🏽.
I should have done this earlier.... the food bank is a blessing to my family and I, I have been going there for over a year now and I haven't regretted it. Unlike other food banks where you have to register and also book appointments before you get food for once in two weeks or monthly, KAF is an exception. At KAF, you can visit twice a week( every Wednesdays and Fridays) you only need to put down your name, email, and phone number so you can be notified on their other programs especially on special occasions like women's day, celebrating our seniors, youth programs, summer break etc. it's a Christian organization and NO discrimination, that is, it's open to all denominations/religion and all skin colours. The Pastor and family are polite and so welcoming. Kudos to their volunteers too.
Coming to Canada as an international student with family wasn't easy at all in the beginning, but after knowing KAF, it's been eating well and large, spending less, saving more for other bills apart from feeding and some toiletries, and knowing loving people for us.
I'm here to appreciate the Pastors and their crew for all they do for their community. Also, to make people aware of this humble foodbank where you get items from dry to frozen foods. At times you might be lucky to get some great home essentials... for example, the weight scale and blood pressure machine in my house were gotten free from KAF. O yes!, you get such and more when you are lucky at the food bank days or attending their programs.
You won't believe despite all, KAF isn't government owned or getting fund/assistance from the government. THANK YOU KAF

How in the world is this place not under investigation . Cruel demeaning treatment. We line up at 6am they don't open until all the volunteers get their food first while we r wet & cold. Sometimes 9:30 sometimes almost 10 am. They r not volunteers. They r just there 4 the free food! Treat us like animals. Ask anyone there. We all discuss it but do nothing. I will b going forward with reporting 2 my MLA & also the Leader Newspaper. Why do they load up on food before us anyway? No other food bank operates this way. Jesus fed fish in abundance 2 his hungry people. He did not just feed the belly's of his disciples. This is not God's will. Those two men who barely speak English should b let go from their positions. We r not concentration camp people! They make women cry! I have been there 3 years & I don't care if they ban me. This has gone on long enough! P.s. where did all the meat & dairy go In their cars? I'm sure Save on Foods would love 2 hear that their donations r not going 2 the right people. Still hungry in Surrey.

I found this foodbank close to 2 years ago & I think that KAF does a great job.
When I first got here, there was a few problems about people try to push their way in in front of other standing there for hours.
At one time, someone even got hurt because people pushing & shoving to try to get in ahead of others, so someone came up with the idea of giving out tickets & since then it's seams to be running more smoothly.
People get there around 6 am, get a ticket & either go back home or do whatever & then come back around 9 am and line up with their ticket. So when foodbank opens, they let people in according to their ticket numbers.
I think that who ever thought about giving tickets & the ones which give tickets away are doing are doing an excellent job. They are very friendly.
Well overall I think that KAF foodbank is the best food bank i ever been to.
God bless you.🙏🙏

the church and pastor/workers are absolutely wonderful they're providing an amazing service however - they allow volunteers to work there that discriminate, pre judge you, and berate you and shame you in front of the entire line. they scream at you, they judge what you take and how much ALL THE WHILE these volunteers have their cars and their carts FULL of food, milk, items that we do not even see or get. people come here who are homeless, struggling in all ways but we are seen as lesser than to these volunteers. they treat you like you are nothing. I understand of course limits on the food per person as food is scarce, but howcome these volunteers get to fill their entire carts and cars up with all the best food items before we even get inside? we are left with the scraps. rotten fruit and veggies and whatever else is left. it's greed and it's inhumane how these volunteers treat you. I'm calling out the church foundation owners or pastor - there have been MANY of us notice this mistreatment and greed, but nobody is brave enough to stand up for themselves. I've seen these volunteers treat people TERRIBLY!!! very unprofessional, this would never stand in other food banks. I am wondering how grocery stores and others sponsors who donate the food to this food bank would feeling knowing most of their donations are NOT going to the people - or atleast we do not get first choice. I also understand volunteers deserve food as well, for their time and efforts however, these volunteers are MEAN, pushy, and insultive from the second you enter to the second you leave and they get to pack their cars with as much as they'd like!!!! there should be limits on what and how much volunteers are allowed to take as I and many others have first handedly seen their carts and their cars PACKED. meanwhile kids and families may not get that 4L jug of milk that the volunteer just took but need more. they also continue to grab food items from the boxes AS we are in line waiting, whenever they see something "better" or something they like, they'll cut the line and go grab it for their cart. right in front of us. is this not a Christian service for the people? these volunteers do NOT reflect your church well at all and I'm the only one brave to say something about it as we ALL talk about it and see it. I attend other church driven food banks and they would never allow this type of behavior from their volunteers I barely even see them take any food for themselves. please address this issue as it is affecting the mental health of many of us - we need the service we have no choice but we know we will deal with shaming and screaming at us like we are nothing but cattle. peasants. that's how it feels and it's wrong and sick.

Life-Saving Food Support - A True Community Lifeline.

I can not thank Kingdom Acts Foundation (KAF) enough for their incredible food security programs, which have been a literal lifeline for so many individuals and families, including mine. In times of hardship, their barrier-free food bank and meal distribution services have provided not just nourishment, but dignity and hope.

Why KAF’s Food Programs Stand Out:

✔ No Barriers, No Judgments – Unlike some food banks that require extensive paperwork, KAF ensures quick, respectful access to fresh groceries and essentials for anyone in need—whether you’re an immigrant, senior, single parent, or struggling with unemployment.
✔ Quality & Variety – I’ve been amazed by the fresh produce, dairy, proteins, and culturally appropriate foods they provide. They go beyond just canned goods, making healthy eating accessible.
✔ Community Meals & Outreach – Their hot meal programs and food rescue initiatives (preventing waste while feeding thousands) show how much they care about both people and the planet.
✔ Compassionate Staff & Volunteers – Every visit feels welcoming. The team listens, offers additional resources, and treats everyone with kindness.

Personal Impact:
There was a time when I faced unexpected financial strain, and KAF’s food bank helped me put meals on the table without stress. I’ve also seen them support seniors on fixed incomes, refugees starting over, and students struggling to afford basics—proof that their work changes lives daily.

Final Thoughts:
If you’re looking for a food bank that truly serves with love and efficiency, or if you want to donate/volunteer with an organization that makes every dollar count, KAF is the best. Their commitment to ending hunger without stigma is unmatched.

Forever grateful!

...Culturally appropriate food bank, with a heart of service for the people.

Keep up the good work!
