Fantastic service. Being delayed by Uhaul by half a day, we were unable to have our donations ready for our scheduled pickup time. Despite their busy schedule, Vancouver Donations was kind, professional and returned the next day to picked up our donations for free. All the other non-profits wanted me to pay them to pickup donations. I would definitely recommend Vancouver Donations.

Easy pick up, pleasant drivers. Just book online easy peasy. Most importantly is to donate to people, and thats who gets these items, not a store that sells donations for their own profit. Highly recommend you donate here. My only negative is the window for them showing up is from 8 am to end of day. Wish they could narrow that to at least morning or afternoon.

Literally the best donation experience I've ever gotten! I was looking to donate unnecessary clothes for so long. I don't have a car, so I barely had any options on how to drop off my ton of stuff. Your pick up service is such a treasure! The website clarified my questions, booking took me not more than a minute. Although I wanted to reschedule a couple times and had multiple locations to pick up from, communication on the phone and via email was crystal clear and pleasant. The driver is lovely!

Will use this service again 100%, when I have more things to donate. I am happy that I was able to help someone with my donation.
