My wife and our kids attended the pool last night. The staff there at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional yelling into the Mic at kids for horse play which they were only poking each other. They weren’t bothering anybody pushing anybody bumping into anybody then a few mins later the put their mis up to the glass where my wife had her back to and was holding our 9 month old baby and yelled into it again after that’s when they got called up to pay, my wife asked for two pairs of goggles to buy And was denied and told she can wait till everybody else can go in to swim. She came back 15 minutes later to be told. She needs to wait another 20 minutes. One to swim is only two hours.

Nice facility, but the water is too cold, and the air temperature is too hot(I started sweating while watching lessons).
The viewing area for lessons is too small and doesn't face the kiddie pool or the hot tub (They used to have 3 viewing areas but stopped using 2 of them).
The diving board is rarely available to use because of lane swimming.
The waterslide is limited to 1 person at a time going up the stairs, so you can't go up to the slide with your child to help them.

Kiddie pool has toys and water features, lots of things to occupy little kids.
The hot tub is quite large with stair and ramp access.

Good place to unwind and relax in the sauna great water pressure and temperature in the showers etc kind ppl as well. If you forget a towel they will supply you with one no problem. They will give u peace of mind by watching over your personal belongings while u don't have to worry about things stolen in unlocked lockers 🙂 enjoy

Great place to take the kids, grandchildren, or just have a nice date night in the hot tub. Staff are amazing. Keep up the great work. They are even there when you just need a shower when the hot water tank brakes. They are amazing and accommodating for everybody.

I love the Strathmore Aquatic Centre. I love going there the steam room. My daughters go there all the time. They also have a great Deep water exercise on Thursday nights. That they have a fantastic fitness instructor there named Heather High. Yes she is my wife, but she is awesome!!

Awesome aquatic facility and a really nice lap pool. Also a very clean facility with friendly staff

Dirty old facility! This pool can't seem to train lifeguards and pool personal inconsistently. Some families are allowed to use the waterslide and accompany small children on the stairs while others are flat out denied.

Side note: wear swim shoes as there is a wart and athletes foot outbreak at this pool!!! Ewweee

The citt does a good job with the pool. I always feel safe with my family here. No complaints.
