Absolutely the Best! Prairie Management has been our management company for almost ten years and has done an amazing job. Andrew Fulcher and his crew handle the business side with professionalism and extensive expertise. At the same time Andrew is approachable and responds with the personal touch. I have been renting from Prairie Management for over 15 years off and on in many different homes. I have never had any issues with them, and I always recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for a place to rent or a property they need managed. If there is ever anything needing fixed they are on it ASAP. If you want to work with a stress free company I strongly recommend you go with them.

I hired Curtis Patton to manage my acerage while I was out of the country. I returned to disaster. All I received was a $300 disposal fee meanwhile I have weeks of cleanup, piles of trash, all kinds of damage to my outbuildings and house. Do not use this company to manage your rental. I never seen a dime of the damage deposit from the tenants. If I could rate zero stars I would.
