I have been trying to get a hold of my worker for 3 months and still haven’t got a call back

Mail sent through Canada post took 3 weeks. In that time my payment for July was suspended I was cut off as off Aug 1st for a medical review I didn't receive paperwork for, while my file says No Medical reviews necessary, and I've spent 20 minutes on hold only to get hung up on without speaking with anyone.

Bracebridge ODSP office should learn that they are not the only office in Ontario and not tell their clients that an office doesn't exist when in fact the office does exist as one of the 4 ODSP offices in Southwestern Ontario. Chatham, Windsor, London and Sarnia Ontario are all ODSP office locations...

Literally the worst office I have ever dealt with. Dealing with some of the staff is like being in an abusive relationship. They take 2-3 weeks to process urgent requests and will cut off your benefits without calling you to clarify confusion first. I had to report a worker 3 times in 1 year for failing to do their job. Begging on the street would be preferable to receiving benefits from here because the gatekeeping and miserable attitudes only add to the stress of chronic and progressive illness.

The program is now overstepping its boundries by denyin disability payments, and attempting to tax grab away from the CRA as well as all other ministries already in place round the province and country. Staff has become detached from the people it is supposed to represent and support. Immediate overhaul since their digital launch recommended as they continue to attempt access to bank accounts equity ownerships and tax returns over the last 7 years. Parliment needs to step in, wounded warrior out.

I have had three different case workers, the information updates do not happen unless you call in to find out what is going on.
