My clinic, which I adore all of the wonderful, helpful, and compassionate doctors, nurses, social workers, and outreach staff that have changed the way I think about healthcare in the downtown Eastside!! For once, I am actually getting the support and healthcare I always dreamed about! Thank you Hope to Health, because of you, I might be able to get my much needed knee replacement and not loose my ability to walk at age 40!

Been going here almost 3 years. It went downhill and a lot of the staff I first worked with left due, which left me without a social worker a couple times, and the one that replaced just doesn't work well with me so that left me without a social worker for almost a year.
Paul the pathologist is truly incredible, one reception worker is also very awesome always makes me feel comfortable, however I don't see her much anymore. My doctor has been the same for a couple years and I like him. Some new staff I find to be sorta cold, and make me feel uncomfortable.

However I will continue to go here.

My clinic. In one spot is my GP Dr Sussmann, my Case Manager(u know hoo u r sirry) my Social Worker, my Phlebologist, and a wonderful Hospitality group. Nothing but praise.
In all honesty, these people saved my life and I will always be grateful.

It's my doctor's office. They have a huge staff always friendly. They can help with things like getting on disability. They helped me and it didn't long at all. If you need to see a health care centre and on the dtes id recommend the Hope Health Clinic.

This clinic continues to improve unlike so many things in life that start off great bang the gradually deteriorate. My GP, Dr. David Hall is one of the people who opened it as an adjunct of St Paul's. There is a core team who have worked together for some time including the phlebotomists & as such have an easy & concise style of communication & access to resources. Other professionals come through either for training or to observe. I found out today there is a physiotherapist on the team. Additionally, there is a top notch eye clinic. My vision was clouding in one eye. They diagnosed it in minutes as biofilm on the artificial lens and made an appointment to laser it off (the lasering took 5 minutes one year ago and sight has been perfect since).

The experience in general is above par. A concierge greets you to check you in. Once done you're offered spring water, herbal tea or Starbucks coffee. When I lived in Beverly Hills & paying top dollar privately I didn't get such 1st rate treatment.

This is a community branch and only accept clients who live within a certain distance from the clinic. I'm fortunate that I happened to be within that distance because I would not want to change my GP.
I am enrolled in a face to face survey designed to get feedback about the care and client experience for Hope to Healthis. Participation is once every 6 months and a $30 renumeration is given.

Very good health care clinic. People are treated with dignity and respect. Sometimes they'll serve a sandwich and coffee while you wait, which is super nice.
