Horrible customer service. They schedule maintenance and power outage on the hottest day of the year without notice. Just another big company that has the authority to do whatever they want, and charge whatever they want. No other option. Just the little guy getting the shaft again

Their power is completely unreliable. We have been living here since August and it's gone off 4 × 1 explained with a planned outage. Otherwise it's Going Out for no reason, and it's a nice day

Absolutely horrible service during an outage. You have an outage map that doesn't work. Ever. It can't find my address, but I can see my address on the map. Even using a different address it still doesn't show an outage. Sure would be nice to get some type of update about when you expect to have the power working. Hydro One seems to have more information on the ERTH outage than ERTh itself. The person on the phone is totally useless. Do better ERTH!

Power has been off since 530 a.m., it is now 9:15 a.m. I called to get an update or see what is going on, since it is Saturday they do not have customer service representatives answering the phones. Tried their website and it doesn't show any outages. Check Facebook local group and I am getting updates there that the outage is not just us. Unacceptable customer service.

New customer account holder. 2nd interaction with erth power. Asked to switch payment details on my account because I didn't know how, as it's my first time. I called Dec 1 at 10:26am. The woman who answered the phone was less then pleased with me asking how to change my pre authorized payments. I had everything ready: my account numner, banking information.. I couldn't log into my account, so that's why I called. She proceeded to yell at me saying to do it how I did it before over and over. Well, I registered it a few weeks ago and have been in the process of moving so I'm not overly familiar with the process of how I did it and most times you need to log into an account. I asked her how to do it online, and it just went in circles. She got frustrated with me saying to do it how I did it the first time, again, which wasn't helpful. It got to the point that I said to her, you know what- I'll figure this out by myself because it sounds like you had a bad day. She was a broken record- " GO ONLINE AND DO IT HOW YOU DID BEFORE"

I just hung up.
Awful customer service, awful attitude, especially for new customers. If I could give below a 1 star, I would.

Constant power outages even with perfect weather, and as soon as questionable weather hits a power outage is guaranteed. As I type this we've been powerless for 12.5 hours and counting, STILL with no ETA on when power will be restored. I work from home and electricity is somewhat of a base necessity.

It's telling when nearly the whole town has generators because this company is so inept. I'd say don't quit your day job, ERTH, but considering this actually is your day job: quit. Please. Let someone competent take over.

The billing is so awful. Some months we don't receive a bill at all. Constantly dealing with power outages and the service reps tend to be rude when contacting the office. The county need to replace this company with another contractor that is more competent.
