Terrible experience.
My dad lost his keys and we tried calling all day—no answer. I went through every phone option and left multiple messages. This was today no one got back to us even tho it was an emergency.

Has anyone else dealt with them not answering the phone? It’s unacceptable to treat elderly people this way. The lack of support and communication is shocking.

I asked to speak to a manager im waiting for a reply. They’re bringing up charges from a year ago—why only now? He’s on a pension and doesn’t have extra money laying around. The stress from this situation is what caused him to lose his keys in the first place.

I’m extremely frustrated and plan to take this further. If anyone else has had a similar experience, please share—how did you get answers?

I surprisingly fell in love in this place. The facility is well maintained and clean.The tenants were wonderful and sweet. The nurses and health care assistants treated the tenants with love, care and respect and were compassionate towards the tenants. They have teamwork and the communication is continuous which is really great in the field.

People confuse the Office , with the Assisted living building, which is just one of the 5 building. It has a separate Review place.
And the person with the pictures in this Review, Tammy Mackie, that's not even here!
Don't know how it is for the Assisted living, but the other buildings have roaches, bedbugs, mice (probably more when Alder comes down) . Difficult to get work done in the apartments. Old buildings.
Apartment empty for 4-5 months.
Elevator was not working a month.
Not enough parking.
Office open to tenants Mon-Thursday 1:30 - 3:30 .... for like 500 tenants ?!
etc. just a few thing I know, wonder about the complete list !
Can't complain, just get treated worse or kicked out. (some did)
But it is better than being on the street!

Get rid of the bugs and FIX THE ELEVATOR NO MATTER THE COST ITS ALL OVER THE NEWS U TAKE $ FROM OLD PEOPLE AND SCAM THEM THEY ARE NOT SAFE U NEED TO GIVE THEM FREE RENT AND CALL PEST CONTROL AND HAVE WHOLE BUILDING DONE GLOBAL NEW HAS SHOWED HOW BAD U OPERATE

I live here. It’s not perfect but it’s home and so close to many necessary amenities. Please note that the office hours are noon to 4 pm Monday through Thursday. The Google site needs updating

ZERO STARS.

Be aware if your family member passes, within the first 24 hours they will ask you to come remove all belongings. THEY WONT EVEN GIVE YOU 24HOURS TO GRIEF. Inhumane act!

I feel that my grandmother did not get the proper care she and everyone else deserves. I am SO completely heart broken over my families experience with this place. If your considering having a loved one live here I would highly recommend you do a thorough search before making a decision.

Look at these reviews and really hear what people are saying. I can ensure you its all completely TRUE.

No stars but review requires at least one star to write something. This facility houses rejects that no other place would even consider as tenants. Many are hard to house troubled drug addicts or very mentally disturbed people. Many are under 40 & have no clue how to get along with others let alone themselves. Even their own families don't want them. Many require daily assistance which is deprived to them due to their bad behaviour.
