There were several items which you explained especially regarding earthquake insurance.

Interesting review preceding mine. The 3 Ladies at this office are great, I can say that Leila is fantastic, because she is the one that helped me.
I am a new customer, I did all my homework, had all my information, made her life easier. You know you can do that right? You don't have to make them work harder just to get your money's worth.
Great service with product knowledge and a smile. Everyone's situation is different but I saved 20% off of my last insurance provider's, last year's policy. That does sound like a commercial, I agree.
Will I be back next year ... hmmn

Been dealing with insurance agencies since I was 19 years old and I am now 40.

Worst experience ever

Rude

Incompetent

And unwilling to listen to me or my other insurance agent

Couldn’t help fill out a transfer form with a power of attorney from the leasing company

Told me it could not be done

Then with mud on their face when they found out It could be done

They then told me that they don’t have time to do it today

I recently purchased my condo insurance as well as travel insurance from Suzanne, and have to say I have never had complicated insurance details explained so thoroughly. Not only is she very experienced and knowledgeable, Suzanne is extremely patient in explaining details I did not understand.
I am a very satisfied senior woman and highly recommend Suzanne for ANY type of insurance required. Both my condo and travel insurance were the best deal for me on the North Shore. Thanks Suzanne~ You're the best!!

Have always been very impressed with Gregson Insurance. I have both home and personal insurance through them and all representatives have been great. They are always very responsive and helpful, and can make sense of any complicated insurance info I pass over from my work health plan or strata. In fact I've moved out of North Van and still keep my insurance here because they are so helpful!
