I’m writing because I had a very uncomfortable experience just a moment ago. I came here to grab a coffee. Stopped to use the washroom. As I’m washing up I find there’s no soap, seeing as I had hand sanitizer. It wasn’t a big deal. I go to for coffee and I tell the guy hey just FYI there is no soap in the bathroom and you’re out of brown sugar.

He doesn’t respond as if I wasn’t speaking directly to him and we were the only two people in the store..

A second later under his breath, he says “ not like that is going to make a difference”

And it wasn’t really under his breath as I was 10 feet away, and I heard him clear as day.

And then he just stood there as if I inconvenienced HIM..

This guy always seemed odd. But this took the cake.

Well, I honestly wasn't familiar with the 'we serve' dynamics, however, in the last couple of months I have been noticing co op staff always willing to help me to fill up the car with gas. They are always welcoming, and I can see they are doing the best they can. I guess management changed, and I can see the improvement on their service. Overall I am very satisfied and I will keep using their services.

Used to work here and we tried to go above and beyond for all our customers. Not sure what’s changed , but no one comes out for we serve . No one asks or starts washing windows or offers any service. Gone down hill

They really need to train more employees to fill propane as the last few times I've been, I haven't been able to get my propane tank filled due to no trained staff being on site. Fortunately the other coop nearby has been able to do it, but it is an inconvenience. They should at least put a sign out when they are unable to fill so that I don't have to wait for someone to tell me.
