So many massive hypocrites, at Nelson Cares. I was smoking pot out my window, and my neighbour, started to blow Hard-Drug smoke, into the hallway, with his door open, and now they want to evict me. I had a problem with both previous neighbours, who spent about 24/7 threatening me and cussing me out, ALL DAY LONG, but Nelson Cares wouldn't evict anyone till I had my eye almost gouged out, and was struck in the face.
The other clients follow me in and out of town, and the staff dont know who is staying in what unit, and will unlock ANY DOOR, as soon as you tell them it is your apartment.
Nelson Cares is just creating terrible jobs, for the terrible, under-trained staff, who are doing it for money, nothing else.
I'm also aware that Nelson Cares and Mental Health, are heavily involved in drug trafficking, and slum lording.
The rules in Nelson Cares housing, seems to only favor the opiate addicts, who buy their drugs from the staff, Cannabis smokers, and young people are a big target, for Nelson Cares' ill gains.

I had my medical dose increased beyond the legal limit for the 30th time, this time they used my reviews, as one of the reasons for increasing my meds, who is safe?

Honestly though, for a place that says it cares, it seems to neglect a whole lot of things. Right now, as we speak, you are hiring gossiping people to serve as your frontmen. Yes, it is true. This is perfect for beaureacracy and if you want to fatten pigs for a slaughter, but these pigs, some of them, myself included, have a god given brain that we can use. By the way, one of the workers here actually let out a Freudian slip, and called us piggies, indirectly, without realizing it. It is true. There is an underlying hatred in the employees towards the homeless people staying at this shelter. Just as they feed you, this hatred is felt so vigorously.

If you were to implement systems of AI interview computers when you accept homeless people into your stepping stones shelters, with a comprehensive checklist of questions that it routinely asks every single homeless person when they enter the shelter, you would see a lot more progress and productivity, which means more dollars, for you, from these piggies.

So, Nelson "CARES", implement Artificial Intelligence systems into your practices already. You are losing money from having these gossiping people as your employees.

Frankly, as well, I was disgusted staying here. I felt as though I was being treated as an incompetent person, and no one bothered to inquire about my personal history of abuse, which is how I ended up at a homeless shelter. When I mentioned how I've been abused, this was met with an uncaring ignorance. There is a lack of understanding in the employees as well, which would be solved by Patrick Lencioni's 5 tier leadership team model of Vulnerability-based trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. There are so many more intelligent practices you could put into place in these systems here. I felt disgusted just being continuously fed, with no where to actually become competent at anything, they will not treat you like an intelligent person here, they will treat you like livestock. It is a dark place to stay, as shown by the owl on the roof, a predatory animal. They will keep you fed, showered, and clothed, and a place to rest, but that is it. I hated just eating all their food, with nothing else for myself to do during the days. It was disgusting. You treat people like pigs, you get pigs.
